Abstract

This paper aims to find out the problems of media and online methods in student learning activities at MTs Al-Fata Sukajaya during this pandemic. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, that is, after the data has been collected, a qualitative analysis is carried out and describes one data with other data in such a way that a complete general picture of the problem under study is obtained. Then the data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire), observation, interviews, and documentation. The targets in this study were 9th grade students of MTs Al-Fata, and other supporting targets were school principals, teachers, guardians of students and the community around the area of ​​MTs Al-Fata. While the object is to know what are the problems in learning online methods. So the results of this study indicate that all online methods are not effectively applied in MTs Al-Fata, this is indicated by the decrease in student learning motivation.
